Sneaker Crawl is a fun, family day out, a chance to meet up with the Jumpman Journals community and beyond. We break bread as we walk, talk and soak up the special atmosphere that’s created by like-minded individuals with a sense of togetherness.
“My wife and I had the incredible opportunity to join the Jumpman Journals ‘Sneaker Crawl’ during Carnival 2023, and let me tell you, it was an absolute stroke of luck! Surrounded by fellow sneaker enthusiasts radiating awesome vibes and showcasing some serious shoe heat, the experience was beyond amazing. We kicked off our journey at Shepherd’s Bush, strolling all the way to Notting Hill before reaching our designated sound stage, which elevated the crawl to a whole new level. Needless to say, we’re already counting down the days until we can do it all over again!”

We meet at Jubilee Gardens, Belvedere Road, by the London Eye, at 10am. At this point we hand out official Sneaker Crawl t-shirts to all participants, we get video content for social media channels and hang around for a while to give everyone a chance to arrive, which also gives us a chance to mingle with one another.
At 10:30am we begin walking – our destination is Tower Bridge, London’s City Hall. From past experience the vibe is always a comfortable stroll as we naturally converse with each other. With portable speakers the music will be flowing, free refreshment will also be available and with SIA trained security personnel amongst the JMJ family we guarantee the safety of all the Sneaker Crawl participants.
When we arrive at our destination we begin our giveaways and announcements to all that participated, take group pictures for the Sneaker Crawl family album and celebrate another successful event.
It’s a family get together for a good cause!
All funds raised will go towards a basketball clinic for kids, hosted by the GG3x3 – a non-profit platform that drives positive social change through 3×3 basketball for people of all ages and abilities. The funds will also support the GG3x3 Summer Tournament – the UK’s biggest one day 3×3 event for the community – located at the Blue Cage Courts In Deptford on Sunday 11th August.
In addition to the big GG3x3 Summer Charity Tournament, the GG3x3 works with councils and community groups to coach young kids of all ages and backgrounds. To date, the GG3x3 (alongside its parent org RISE 3×3) has coached over 2,000 young hoopers. The 3×3 basketball clinic you are raising money for will be a fun session for players 9-16 years old who will be given an opportunity to learn and enjoy the game in a workshop provided by great GG3x3 coaches.
